I don’t dismiss any information.I actually think that when you are doing anything over a long period of time, the body wears.Look at a guy on an assembly line, or a cashier, or a sanitation worker.Repeated movements of any kind can be deleterious over time. That being said, what do we do.We find and search for things that feel “right”. Movements that feel “right” for us.Experimenting and keeping it changing seems to be the only way to avoid issues.So,I agree, all is possible.

@vicsnatural hey …
@vicsnatural hey vic, i’ve heard that crunches with elevated legs are in some way harmful for your hip flexors and may cause anterior pelvic tilt, im not sure how true this is, but im curious if you know if doing sit ups with straight legs will focus on your abs without shortening hip flexors, I would appreciate to know your thoughts on this and if you could get back to me.
Thanks

So the debate …
So the debate ensues about eating. I am delighted to put up any posts that stirs debate. It is good to have a different perspective from everyone. However, when it comes to eating. The debate as I see it is which is more important eating “right” or training. There is a great understanding between men and women that I believe we can all agree, “garbage in – garbage out”. This goes for the mind – and the body. It is not a judgmental statement it simply elementary. Love your body- Peace all,Vic

@shkstyle
Well, cardio is necessary. I’ll admit I walk for 4 miles per day- a relatively nice pace. So, that is where I get mine. But, I do believe you can get a great physique without a heck of a lot of cardio. You must eat impeccably. I would say – carving out 20 minutes per session is not a bad idea. I would never do a 90 minutes weight workout- in my opinion for a natural guy I would do an hour- hour and 10 max with weights. Vic

This is what people …
This is what people should really understand: you must find your own way to engage your abs. You’re not gonna learn it from a trainer, you have to find the right way. This is why I think abs are the hardest muscles to build.

You did a video a while back that featured a unique technique for abs using rope pulldowns. I’ve been using that ever since. It hits my abs HARD every single time.
If anyone is considering checking Vic out further, I can assure you the dude knows what he’s talking about. This is one of the most genuine and helpful channels I’ve come across.

I`m so glad more and more people watch and love Vic`s videos- make me feel there are sensible, wise people in the world- many I know train too much, too heavy, too often- only make up for bad self-esteem. This on the other hand is great.

@Toxxic88
Malcolm Gladwell’s book Outliers suggests that a person can master something if they have spent 10, 000 hours doing it. That is 10 hours a week for 20 years. I have spent many more than that. Many people take what I teach and re-compose it and de-compose it to suit their needs, without clearly having done the work on their own. This is not to disparage anyone, it is simply a matter of authenticity and experience. I have lived my words. Many have used my words. Experience counts.
